- Organization participation and preparedness is required
- All participation is oriented to fulfilling the expected outcomes
- For points of disagreement
- Meeting participants can assign open points or issues to a "Parking Lot"
- Parties will do research to support open points
- Parties will document salient points in writing
- Lack of participation or silence is acceptance
- At the end of each meeting, the participants will perform a +/
s (improvement) session
- The Core Team will keep meeting minutes and revised copies will be distributed via EMAIL
- Stop and start on time
- No personal attacks
- Facilitator must retain control of discussions
to ensure equal participation
- The Documentation Team will maintain an audit trail of revisions to documents
- Recap Assignments out of meeting
- Reduce/Eliminate Extraneous Conversations
- Post the Charts as developed in plain sight
- Reduce Technical Jargon
- Validate Consensus
