This task set is necessary for the validation and set up of the interviews for the Communication Plan.

In an organization (Large State Organization) of 13000 people about 60 key managers were interviewed, including all of Enterprise Executive staff, the communication plan was validated by the Senior IT Mgmt Team. One of the questions asked of all participants was "Is there some one else that should participate in this interview.
